About Me
Erica Devapura
Welcome to my community of strong, beautiful mums! I’m Erica Devapura, a passionate fitness instructor and proud mum of two, and I’m dedicated to helping mothers feel amazing, inside and out. My program is designed for busy mums who want to prioritize their well-being while embracing the joys of motherhood.
My journey started when I, like many mums, struggled with post-pregnancy weight and confidence. Determined to make a change, I lost 23kgs, regained my confidence, and returned to my pre-pregnancy clothes all while being an active, loving mum. Now, I’m on a mission to help other mums achieve the same transformation.
