My 365-Day Challenge
ONE PROMISE.
EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I kept it in 2025. I'm doing it again in 2026.
In 2025 I made a commitment to move my body every single day for an entire year. I kept that promise. Not because anyone expected me to, but because I've felt what one small daily promise does to a life.

DAY 211 OF 365
Every square is a day she showed up. Members get the same tracker the moment they join.
The biggest lesson
EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS.
It doesn't have to be perfect to make a difference.
Some days I have 30 minutes. Some days I only have 10. Sometimes I work out in my bathroom, sometimes in my kitchen, sometimes at the park while my daughters are playing.

Joining in
HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS.
Small steps. Big changes.
01
Make the promise
Move your body every day. That's it. No minimum, no perfect plan.
02
Open the Portal each morning
I post my actual workout for the day, the room, the time, the lot.
03
Do what today allows
Five minutes counts. Ten counts. Thirty counts. Consistency beats perfection.
04
Watch your year fill in
Every day you move turns a square red. That's your promise, made visible.

What it really builds
IT'S NOT ABOUT THE WORKOUT.
Every promise I keep builds my confidence. It reminds me I'm someone who follows through, even when life is busy, even when I'm tired, even when I don't feel like it.
And that confidence doesn't stay in the workout. It flows into every other area of life.
Exercise stopped feeling like something I had to fit into my day.It became part of who I am, just like brushing my teeth.
- Every mum deserves to feel stronger.
- Every mum deserves more energy.
- Every mum deserves to feel proud of herself.
2026 is already running
ONE DAY. ONE WORKOUT.
One promise at a time.
You can start on any day of the year. Day 1 is whenever you say it is.
